Department of Disaster Management Safe, Resilient and Happy Bhutan
The Department of Disaster Management, Ministry of Home and Cultural Affairs would like to issue an addendum to the REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) to the Planning, Technical Design and Supervision of Construction for the National Emergency Operation Centre (NEOC).
The firms are necessary to have domestic licensing (architecture and engineering). International firms are encouraged to form joint ventures with domestic firms having license to fulfill this criteria. The firm while submitting EOI must submit an intent to form JV with Bhutan-based architecture / engineering firm
Expression of Interest must be delivered to the Department of Disaster Management on or before June 25, 2017.
