5 new case detected over the last 24 hours.

4 are expatriate men aged 21 to 45 who entered Bhutan on 6 November 2020 and are quarantined in Phuntsholing.

The other is a 14-year-old boy, a family member of an expatriate. He arrived to Bhutan on 6th November 2020 from Bangladesh. He is currently quarantined in Thimphu.

All of them are currently being moved to the isolation.

Meanwhile, 4 others are being declared recovered.

DEFINITIONS:

a. Confirmed: number of people who have tested positive through COVID-19 tests.
b. Active: number of people who are currently in the isolation facilities because they are still COVID-19 positive.
c. *Recovered: number of people who have tested negative on COVID-19 test and declared as recovered. Those who test negative twice over a 24 hour period are kept under 14 days of observation in a quarantine facility.
