Department of Disaster Management Safe, Resilient and Happy Bhutan
The Department of Disaster Management, Ministry of Home and Cultural Affairs would like to invite Expression of Interest (EOI) from certified consultancy Firms for Planning, Designing and Supervision of the National Emergency Operation Centre (NEOC) Construction. Consultancy firms will be screened and eligible will be sent a request for proposal for the consultancy service in due time.
The firms are necessary to have domestic licensing (architecture and engineering). International firms are encouraged to form joint ventures with domestic firms having license to fulfill this criteria. The firm while submitting EOI must submit intent to form JV with Bhutan-based architecture / engineering firm.
Expression of Interest must be delivered to the Department of Disaster Management on or before March 20, 2018 at 14:00 hours and will be opened on the same day at 14:30 hours.
