11 new cases were detected after the 6PM press brief last night (28th December 2020).
Four are male and seven are female and all are contacts of earlier cases; age range 15 to 83. Break down is as follows:
– One was detected in Dagana (Lhamoizhingkha)
– One was detected in Bumthang (Chamkhar)
– Nine were detected in Thimphu (6 in Pamtsho and 3 in Simtokha)
Note 1: Two cases were declared during the press brief at 6PM yesterday.
Note 2: Starting today, this national update on COVID-19 cases will be published at 7PM instead of 9AM.
