4 new cases detected over the last 24 hours.
One is a 19-year-old boy who was studying in India and returned recently. He is a close contact of a case detected earlier. He is quarantined in Thimphu.
Rest three are 43 and 45 year old men and and a 26-year-old woman who returned from India. They are quarantined in Paro.
Meanwhile, 5 others are being declared recovered.
