1. Bids are hereby invited from National bidders for the supply of Emergency Communication and Coordination Items. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Nu: five hundred from the administration section, Department of Disaster Management, Thimphu. You can also download the PDF format bid document from www.ddm.gov.bt for free of cost.
2. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 11:00 AM (BST) on April 2, 2018 Late bids will be rejected.
3. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information through written request, phone call or email from Project Focal Person during office hours from 9:00 hours to 17:00 hours.
